Online Banking Update Downtime

Please review and prepare for the downtimes listed below.

This update will run from Dec 4 - Dec 7.

Please review these important dates and times to ensure you are prepared.

 
Dec 3
  • Bill Pay will be unavailable from Dec 3 at 6pm EST until the morning of Dec 7.  Previously scheduled payments will go out as scheduled.
Dec 4
  • The Mobile Banking App will be unavailable starting at 2pm EST
  • View only period: 5pm until Monday morning Dec 7 (will be able to login but not to make any changes or transfers)
  • Quickbooks/Quicken will be unavailable until Dec 13
Dec 5
  • View only period continues
Dec 6
  • View only period continues
Dec 7
  • New system will be live in the morning
  • Delete your mobile app and visit the App store or Google play store to download the new app
