What you need to do BEFORE the update

The update will start on Dec 4

Make sure you contact Info is up-to-date

  • You can change or validate your email address and home phone inside of Online Banking by logging in and viewing Profile.
  • You can change or validate your cell phone number by calling our Customer Experience Team at (877) 820-2265, M-F 7am – 8pm and Sat 8am – 5pm or visiting a branch office. We apologize this update is not available through our current online banking platform.




Make sure your internet browser is up-to-date

  • Our new Online Banking system will not work in Internet Explorer. We recommend downloading one of the other popular browsers; Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. If you have questions or troubles with this, call us and we can help.




Prepare for transaction limitations

During the weekend of the conversion you will not be able to initiate transactions. If needed, you can prepare bill pays in advance.

  • Bill Pay will be unavailable from Dec 3 at 6pm EST until the morning of Dec 7.
    • It is important to plan for this. You will be unable to initiate or change a Bill Pay during this downtime. You may schedule payments in the system ahead of the downtime. Any payments that were previously scheduled will go out as scheduled.
  • You will have view only access to the desktop system on Dec 4 from 5pm until Monday morning Dec 7. The cutoff time for Account Transfers on Dec 4 will be 5:00pm instead of 6:00pm. If you need a transfer between 5:00pm and 6:00pm please call (877) 820-2265.

Quickbooks & Quicken users: Download a final transaction and data file backup

  • Your Quickbooks & Quicken connection to Online Banking will be unavailable for 3-5 business days after the system conversion.
  • A data file backup and a final transaction download should be completed by December 4.

Wait to login to your Mint account

Mint aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 5 business days. You will need to avoid logging into your Mint account and making changes in it durning this time.
