Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park Ticket Giveaway (“Sponsor”) Official Sweepstakes Rules
 
1. NO PURCHASE OR BANK TRANSACTION NECESSARY TO ENTER. A purchase or transaction does not increase your chances of winning. Need not be a customer of Wintrust Financial Corporation to enter; becoming a customer will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.    
 
2. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to those 18 and over. Sweepstakes not open to residents of FL, NY, or RI. Employees of Wintrust Financial Corporation, its affiliates, and their relatives are not eligible to participate.
 
3. To enter: Sweepstakes begins on 4/1/2026 and ends on 4/30/2026 (‘sweepstakes period’). Participants may visit URL macatawabank.com/sweepstakes during the sweepstakes period to submit 1 sweepstakes entry. Or, to enter the sweepstakes without obligation, complete the entry form with all requested information and mail to 10753 Macatawa Drive, Holland, MI 49424 by 11:59 p.m. on 4/30/2026. Not responsible for late entries. One entry per form; limit 1 entry per person.
 
4. Prizes: 50 prizes will be awarded. Winners will receive two admission tickets to Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park with an estimated retail value of $56. Prizes will be delivered via U.S. Postal Mail to the address provided upon sweepstakes entry.
 
5. Prize restrictions: Prizes are non-transferable. Federal, state and local taxes, and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified, are the sole responsibility of the winner. The estimated retail value of each prize is $56; and prizes are not IRS 1099-INT reportable. Winners may make no substitution/transfer of prize. Limit 1 prize per person.
 
6. Drawing: 5/1/2026. Prizewinners will be determined from entries. Determination will be conducted at 10753 Macatawa Drive, Holland, MI 49424.
 
7. Odds: Odds of being selected as a sweepstakes winner will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
 
8. Winner Notification/Prize Awards: Winners will be notified by email by 5/11/2026 and do not need to be present to win. Winners may need to submit information confirming their eligibility. Upon notification, the selected winner has 72 hours to claim a prize. After 72 hours without a response, the prize may be considered unclaimed. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded to alternate winners. For a complete list of winners, please mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to Macatawa Bank, N.A., 10753 Macatawa Drive, Holland, MI 49424.
 
9. Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree: 1) the decision of the Sponsor shall be final in all respects; 2) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the sweepstakes, and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. By accepting a prize, winners agree to, where legal, the use of their names and/or likenesses for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation or consideration.
 
10. Limitations of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for the printing of or typographical errors in any sweepstakes-related materials or for entries that are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

12. Email Marketing: By entering, you acknowledge Wintrust and its affiliates may send you news, event information, and marketing communications via email. Opting out of receiving email communications will not affect your chances of winning.
