EASY TO ENROLL: The link below will take you to the enrollment page where you can enroll
your family member in the program. The card must be funded with your Macatawa Bank
checking account. You can even set up an allowance schedule to have funds automatically
loaded to the Whatever™ reloadable card.

YOU MONITOR SPENDING: The parent/sponsor can easily load and reload the card
and monitor spending in real time, 24 hours a day.

SAFE & CONVENIENT: The Whatever™ reloadable card can be used wherever
MasterCard® debit cards are accepted, including purchases online and over the
phone. It’s safer than cash! You can also use it to make withdrawals at ATMs.

TEACHES RESPONSIBLE SPENDING: Cardholders can track their purchases online
so they know how much they have spent and what they have left, teaching good
spending habits.

INFO TO KNOW BEFORE YOU ENROLL:
• When funding and reloading the Card, it takes two (2) business days for funds to be processed
and available for use on the Card.
• The Card will be delivered to the Sponsor within 7 to 10 business days from enrollment.
• Card Sponsors will need to provide their name, address, phone number, email address, social
security number, checking account number and routing number.
• Card Sponsors will need to provide the following info for the Cardholder: name, address, phone
number, email address, social security number and date of birth.
• The Sponsor will have to create a username, password, secret question and secret answer for both
the Sponsor and Cardholder. The Sponsor and Cardholder usernames and passwords must be different
from each other. Make sure you write them down and keep them in a safe place.
