POSITION SUMMARY:
• The role of the Commercial Administrative Assistant is to help Commercial Lenders with their “in-process” list of new customer closings and current customer renewals. They will also gather information needed for centralized documentation preparation so they can properly document the loan, in a timely manner. Commercial Loan Administrative Assistants will work closely with Commercial Lenders and customers on any other duties/problem solving situations that may arise. They will act as a “main” contact for Commercial customer inquiries.
• Provides support to the market manager or team leader and other members of the department through document preparation, report preparation and maintaining department files and records.
• May act as the lead support person for the department by mentoring less experienced staff, reviewing work of less experienced staff, coordinating work flow and delegating tasks.
• Coordinates and/or completes special projects requested by the market manager or team leader.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
(1) Three to five years in-depth knowledge and experience in Commercial Lending
(2) Strong working knowledge of lending policies, procedures and documentation.
(3) Requires functional level of computer proficiency
(4) Requires good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
