Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

· Operates the ALM software for Asset/Liability Committee (ALCO) purposes, including the quarterly simulations of net interest income and economic value of equity and ad-hoc simulations for management purposes.

· Maintains all the assumptions and model inputs for the ALM software.

· Prepares the monthly financial schedules included in the ALCO reporting package.

· Develops the models to analyze the impact of ALM strategies on Company performance, including net interest margin.

· Completes the daily settlement of cash to ensure investable funds are maximized.

· Processes the settlement of the bank’s wholesale activity for principal and interest transactions, including investment securities, FHLB advances and brokered deposits.

· Monitors the Bank’s pledged asset positions for borrowing purposes, including transaction processing and reporting.

· Communicates with Correspondent bank representatives as necessary.

· Maintains the subsidiary ledger detail for the Bank’s borrowing and investment security portfolios, including the monthly and periodic processing of transaction activity.

· Maintains the document files for the bank’s borrowing and investment security positions.

· Supports the modeling of interest-bearing financial instruments for the annual and periodic budgeting and forecasting processes of the Bank.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

(1) Bachelors Degree

(2) Requires 3-5 years of related experience
