SCHEDULE:
Week One: Monday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-12pm
Week Two: Tuesday 9am-5pm and Wednesday 9am-5pmPOSITION SUMMARY:
• Process customer transactions, answers and investigates customer inquiries and directs/refers customers to the appropriate areas of the bank.
• Follows policies and procedures of the bank to ensure proper and accurate balancing of your own cash drawer to minimize loss exposure to the bank.
• Stays up-to-date on the current products and fee structures of the bank.
• May assist in account opening.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent face-to-face customer service experience
• Cash handling experience is preferred
• Basic computer skills preferred
